The Water of Life
Today’s prayer: May you use it in your today’s personal reflection.
God, in baptism my sins were washed away with water. With water Jesus washed the feet of His disciples to teach us humility, and to show us that even Judas and weak sinners are to be served in His name. With water His blood was mixed, and it ran from His side as He hung on the cross. Jesus said, “I am the Water of Life.” The Water of Life was poured out for me. O God, may I pour out and pass along to others the gift of God’s love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
