Why Are We Catholic?

The springboard of this notion or illumination is the Supreme Being which is my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.

The difficulty of explaining “why I am a Catholic” is that there are ten thousand reasons all amounting to one reason: that Catholicism is true.   I meditated my own that I am a Catholic because of freedom. Yes, I was born as a Catholic but it is my choice to remain as it is. The springboard of this notion or illumination is the Supreme Being which is my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. I am a Catholic by heart. Courage makes it different from others which moves deepen and enliven my Catholic faith. I will not be a Catholic without actions.

Perhaps we can get different reasons from different answers to this question if we ask individual Catholics, “why am I a Catholic?” But I believe that the springboard of these answers will sum up to a common source – God.
